To our valued customers and their carriers,
As we all deal with the current situation created by the global Covid-19 pandemic, we want to assure our clients and carriers that TransAnalysis will continue to provide the same services we have provided for years. In order to stay within the guidelines established by the Federal Government and Commonwealth of Massachusetts we are taking the following steps:
- All of our staff will be working virtual for the foreseeable future. You will not notice any difference in the services offered as we will continue to process and audit your invoices, code your data, create your individual reporting and be available to answer your questions. Our office number (508 646-1000) will be manned during normal business hours to assist you. All of our employees are available via email.
- For the foreseeable future we will not be meeting “face to face” with clients. All of our staff are available either via conference call or WebEx should we need to meet.
Although our “brick and mortar” offices will remain closed during this outbreak, our services will continue. You can rely on TransAnalysis to provide the same outstanding services we have provided for over 25 years.
